My wife and I had a 2006 furnace, that for the past 2 years have been on and off during hot summer and freezing in winter. We had several different companies come and look. Every person that came, made up an excuse on how the system was old and it just needs to be replaced. Each maintenance visit was really expensive. Last year, we had 2 AC towers on and we were still sweating. For the past 5 months, we’ve been struggling to feel normal in the house, wearing extra layer of blankets and clothes just to not freeze at night. We thought we lost hope in companies…until we found Rosa heating and cooling. When I called to speak with the company, Sandra responded. She was nice and super pleasant to speak with. Even though, our address was out of their typical service area, Sandra and Robert were both kind enough to make an exception. The first time when they came to the house and started looking into the problem was the day Robert figured out the problem. Apparently, wiring wasn’t set up correctly in the previous furnace which caused an issue with the system working properly. We also had 2 stage outside and 1 stage furnace which we were told before would be compatible and would work with maximum efficiency….which isn’t even true (smh). Robert was very thorough in his research. He explained all the details, showed where things needed to be updated, and informed us of everything we needed to know. We decided to replace the whole system along with the coil. The work was done quickly. Sandra and Robert are really professional and pleasant to work with.
